Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, every order includes free shipping. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden conditions. We simply want the delivery experience to be straightforward and convenient.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, with deliveries taking place Monday through Saturday. Once your order has been prepared and handed to our shipping partner, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow the delivery progress.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we deliver within the United States only. Our priority is to provide a reliable experience for our local customers. If we expand shipping to other regions in the future, we will announce it to our community.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you decide the item isn’t the right fit, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return it. Simply contact us at support@decorbycarter.com, and we will guide you through the return process step by step.

How long do refunds take?

After a return has been approved and processed, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little extra time before the amount appears on your statement.

Do you accept exchanges?
